We have found the best way to work though singing in front of other people is just that – singing in front of other people! Learning to sing in a group format gives you an opportunity to perform in front of a small, supportive group. In addition, our students learn so much from one another. While private lessons are certainly helpful at all points along your singing journey, learning the fundamentals in a group format is a fun and economical way to master the basics. You learn as much from the instruction that others get as you do from personal instruction you get in the class. One of our highest priorities is to provide a warm, supportive, and welcoming environment where people can be their best artistic selves.

There are MANY online courses that you can take and videos you can watch to improve your singing with some being better than others. But these courses will only get you so far. Vocalists need some in-person instruction and ongoing direct feedback on their technique to progress, and nothing can take the place of that interaction. Online courses without student-teacher interaction fall short. Our instructors are not only musicians, but received special training in HOW to best teach voice. Your progress is guaranteed! If you attend sessions and complete your workouts (about 15-20 minutes 5 days per week) and if there is no improvement in your singing, YOU DON'T PAY!

Jeff Moore will be your teacher and his passion is to help make his students' singing dreams a reality! As an experienced vocalist himself, he understands the frustrations that many singers have on their vocal journey. His number one goal to make sure students leave his classes with new skill sets. A student of voice science, Jeff will introduce you to proven technique that actually work! An active vocal performer, he is the lead instructor for Peak Music Studios and is a Master Certified Instructor in Voice from The Vocalist Studio and was trained at Berklee College of Music.

The course is geared for mature teens and adults. We welcome adults of all ages. Several of our most dedicated students who have shown considerable progress are well into their seventies!

The course meets on Thursdays at 7 pm beginning on January 19 and will run for six weeks. We have scheduled a makeup session on Thursday March 2 to accommodate any missed classes or cancellations due to illness or weather.
